L-Mesitran Wound Gel Honey Soft

Wound gel protects and purifies the irritated skin and helps to cure wounds of horses and pets. The gel draws wound fluid from the surrounding tissue, dissolving damaged tissue and other contamination and stimulating the healing process. The hydroactive gel contains natural products and is made of 40% medicated honey, hypoallergenic lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000 and vitamins C & E. Available in a tube of 60 grams.

Use:
Clean the wound with water if needed and dry with a clean cloth. The gel may be thinly applied multiple times per day when the gel is dissolved in the damaged skin. Massage the gel in on irritated skin. Don't cover small skin damages, large damages should be covered with gauze and the gauze can be fixed with bandages. Stop the treatment if the wound is closed.
